Being. . .
Life can be very simple.
Put the brain away so to speak. Look clearly into the day with no clouds in the mind or concepts in the eyes. just look. Sit under a tree and just feel. Rest by the side of a creek – listen. Visit the beach and get into a rhythm with the ocean, feel the sand between your toes or look at the stars, and let that silence become you.
Soak up a dark moonlit night and let that velvety darkness surround you, envelop you, dissolve you. This is the way of the simple mind, of hushing the cravings and rest in the heart and the wisdom of simply being.
