Your mind produces thoughts the way lungs breathe air.
Constantly. Automatically. Without asking for permission.
But we treat every thought like it’s accurate.
“I’m not good enough.”
“This won’t work.”
“They’re judging me.”
These thoughts feel real. But feeling real doesn’t make them true.
They are patterns. Reactions. Echoes of past experiences.
You don’t need to argue with them. You don’t need to suppress them.
Just notice them.
Let them pass like weather moving across the sky.
You are not the storm.
You are the one watching it.
