Breathe Into It. . .

Stress happens—not because we’re failing, but because we’re human. Buddhism teaches us to soften around stress rather than battle it.

When we breathe into tension instead of resisting it, clarity and ease return. Stress becomes manageable, even educational.

Practice: When stressed, place a hand on your chest and breathe slowly for ten seconds.
