Holding Space. . .

Compassion often flows outward easily.

We care for friends. We show patience to strangers. But when it comes to ourselves, kindness can disappear.

Practice turning inward.

Speak to yourself the way you would speak to someone you love. Allow mistakes. Honor effort. Recognize fatigue.

Self-compassion is not weakness. It is strength without armor.

You deserve the same tenderness you offer the world.

Peace and Love, Jim
