No Perfection. . .

The idea of the “perfect holiday” is a story sold through movies and commercials. Buddhism teaches us to see clearly—without the distortion of idealized fantasies. When we release perfection, we welcome authenticity, spontaneity, and real connection.

Imperfect moments often become the most cherished memories anyway.

Practice: When something goes off-plan, smile gently and say: Ah, this is the real holiday.

Peace and Love, Jim
