Peaceful Pause. . .

In a season built around gatherings, travel, and to-do lists, pause becomes an act of radical mindfulness.

When we stop—even briefly—we interrupt the unconscious momentum that often drives stress or reactivity.

These small pauses invite us back into our bodies, softening the speed of the world and reconnecting us with ourselves.

Practice: Once a day, stop mid-task and observe your body, breath, and mood. Let awareness reset your pace.

Peace and Love, Jim
