Table Time. . .

Holiday tables gather people with different histories, wounds, opinions, and expectations. Instead of bracing for old patterns, we can soften and meet each moment with compassion.

When we bring gentleness to the table, conversations shift. Tension loosens. People feel seen rather than judged. Compassion becomes the true nourishment.

Practice: Before a meal, set the intention: May this gathering be peaceful, kind, and open.
