Come Back. . .
You will get distracted. You will lose focus. You will drift away from the person you’re trying to be.
This isn’t failure.
It’s part of being human.
We often imagine growth as a straight line. Consistent. Upward. Predictable.
But real growth looks more like wandering and returning.
You forget. You remember. You drift. You come back.
The practice isn’t staying perfectly present.
The practice is noticing when you’ve left—and returning without judgment.
Again and again.
That return is where strength is built.
Today, when you notice yourself off track, don’t criticize.
Just come back.
Today’s Thought: What moments do you fully embrace without judgement, fear of desires? Can these moments change without such expectations and in what ways?
Peace and Love, Jim
