Being in the presence of the oneness of life, opens our days wide to the presence and beauty of each day. You are present to the beauty of how everything is connected to everything else and to the simplicity of it all behind our own self constructed veils.

When we are are aware and in touch with the minutes of our days we are present to life being fundamentally neutral. Not necessarily bad or good because what we are experiencing is our own construction of perception, life itself is just doing what it does. When we can grab and embrace this, live through it and with it, we often are left in awe and wonder of life and its processes.

Once the clouded veil of perceptions is lifted, life is simple. You realize that there is nothing to do. There is just being. You may just be working in the yard wonder what lives a life underneath the rocks we pay no mind to. You discover a small lizard, and suddenly you are in awe about its life, its complexity; how it is integrated in the environment; how the lizard is connected to your garden, yard and you. From this you and how you are connected to everything else in your own garden of life becomes apparent. Although a small example this is being connected!

Being connected requires understanding, vision and a grander view than what many of us carry and shape our days with, So stop for a moment today, take a breath and find your connections to the day, embrace them and grow with the flow of each day. Living the possibility of a new language for life, you have the experience that you have shed something. You are present to a “lightness of being.” You reclaim an excitement for life that you had somehow forgotten, but always knew that it was there, as part of who you really are.

Peace and Love, Jim
