Honest Moments. . .
We often avoid honesty because it feels disruptive.
It might change things. It might create discomfort. It might require us to face something we’ve been quietly avoiding.
So we delay it. We soften it. We tell ourselves “later.”
But avoiding truth doesn’t protect you. It just extends the confusion.
One honest moment—one real conversation, one clear admission—can shift months of uncertainty.
It doesn’t need to be dramatic. It doesn’t need to be perfect.
It just needs to be real.
That might look like admitting how you actually feel. Acknowledging what isn’t working. Saying what you’ve been holding back.
Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder. It comes from seeing things as they are.
Today, choose one moment of honesty.
Start there.
Peace and Love, Jim
