Listen To Silence. . .

Silence is not empty. It’s full of answers.

When we begin to practice mindful listening, we realize that silence isn’t just the absence of noise — it’s the presence of awareness. In silence, the mind reveals its hidden stories. We hear our own fears, our joys, and our forgotten wisdom whispering back to us.

In Buddhism, silence is a teacher. The Buddha often responded to difficult questions with wordless stillness — not because he didn’t know the answer, but because truth can’t always be said; it must be felt.

When we stop filling the air with words, we start hearing the deeper conversation of life itself — the sound of wind through leaves, the rhythm of breath, the quiet pulse of being alive.

So today, give yourself the gift of a few silent minutes. Don’t rush to fill the space. Let silence speak — and listen carefully. You might hear your true self echo back.

Peace and Love, Jim
