Parent Path. . .

Raising a child is perhaps the most advanced form of practice. Children don’t just ask for our time—they demand our full presence. They don’t care how centered we were during morning meditation if we lose it at bath time.

But they also give us precious chances to grow.

When we feel irritation, can we soften instead of snap?

When we want control, can we choose connection?

Parenting teaches patience. Humility. Forgiveness. Joy in the smallest moments.

Buddhism in daily life means embracing all of life—including the mess, the noise, the chaos of bedtime.

Your child doesn’t need a perfect parent—just a present one.

Peace and Love, Jim
