Ripples. . .

No act of kindness is ever wasted. Even when unseen, compassion travels — like ripples across still water, touching shores you may never know.

We often underestimate our influence. A kind word, a small gesture, a patient response — these moments plant seeds in the hearts of others. And those seeds may grow into actions you’ll never witness.

The Buddha’s teachings themselves began as small ripples — one person sharing insight with another, over centuries, across cultures. The world changes not through grand gestures, but through countless quiet ones.

So today, don’t wait for a big moment to do good. Smile at a stranger. Send a message of gratitude. Offer gentleness in a harsh world.

You may never see where your ripples reach, but rest assured — they move the world toward light.

Peace and Love, Jim
