The Season Of Spaciousness. . .

The holidays often compress our time and energy, leaving us feeling squeezed by plans, commitments, and expectations.

Buddhism teaches us that spaciousness is not found in the calendar but in the mind. When we create small pockets of breath and presence, we reclaim our inner room to live, feel, and respond wisely.

Spaciousness softens our reactions and builds clarity, even in busy environments.

Practice: Before entering any holiday event, pause for three breaths. Let them create the space you’ll carry both forward and inward.

Peace and Love, Jim
