In todays world many of the older generation have little to know faith in our youth and their ability to lead us as future days unfold.

If there is any truth to this concept then who is to blame for our youths lack?

There is only one answer – It is each of us as a whole.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., said: “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, What are you doing for others?” Do not say you will do it “someday”; now is the time. Do not say “someone” will do it; you are the one. Now is the time for our youth to take full responsibility and courageously pave the way for our futures hope, victories and compassion.

I personally have no children but I understand the value of teaching. I understand the value of learning. Most of all I understand the importance of placing emphasis on the right things at the right times in order to not only grow a a person but grow as a shining example of what our youth can aim for. Education is not a tool for development – individual, community and the nation. It is the foundation for our future. It is empowerment to make choices and emboldens the youth to understand themselves and others to build and make better bridges for the future of all.

Peace and Love, Jim
