What makes a great a team? Great individuals who have their eyes, hearts and head on the bigger picture. The picture that includes all and works to make the opportunities of this life available to all. Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.
I invite everyone to choose forgiveness rather than division, teamwork over personal ambition. Remember, teamwork begins by building trust. And the only way to do that is to overcome our need for invulnerability. Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success. We may not all be in the same space or the same moment but the best teamwork comes from those who are working independently toward one goal in unison.
