Transitional Beauty. . .

Winter is an elegant teacher of impermanence.

Trees shed their leaves, animals withdraw, and traditions subtly change year to year.

When we accept impermanence, we stop clinging to how things “should” be and begin appreciating how things actually are—fleeting, beautiful, and alive.

Practice: Go outside and observe one sign of change. Let it remind you to cherish what is here now.

Peace and Love, Jim
